Deron J. Andre has been practicing in Green Bay, Wisconsin since 1998. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of general business and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contracts, and employment law. He represents numerous small to medium-sized businesses, including manufacturers, sales and distribution companies, banks, and construction companies, as well as local real estate developers and landlords.
He advises his corporate and individual clients on issues such as entity formation and business planning, mergers and asset acquisitions, financing, contracts and leases, and employment issues. He also assists clients in acquiring, developing, and managing commercial and residential real estate and condominiums.
Mr. Andre is an experienced litigator, representing his clients in both state and federal court. He has extensive appellate experience at both the state and federal levels, successfully prosecuting and defending several appeals over the years. He recently prepared and filed a Petition for Review with the United States Supreme Court.
He also has extensive experience in personal injury matters. He previously worked for a local insurance defense firm, where he represented several major insurance companies, defending the companies and their insureds in various personal injury actions. For the last several years, he has represented injured plaintiffs and their families on a wide variety of personal injury claims. His experience with the claims review and handling process used by insurance adjustors and defense attorneys gives him unique insight which he uses to aggressively and successfully represent his personal injury clients.
He is licensed to practice before all of the state courts of Wisconsin, the U.S. Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Andre is also active in his community, devoting a substantial portion of his time to charitable activities. He serves as counsel to several non-profit organizations based in northeast Wisconsin.
